初试 Midjourney，它连手指都画不对。但那时身边的同学已经开始尝试用 AI 辅助课程作业，而我依然在"手搓"设计。那是我对设计行业即将到来的变化最早的体感。
My first try with Midjourney — it couldn't even get fingers right. But classmates were already letting AI help with coursework, while I was still doing everything by hand. That was my earliest sense of the shift coming for design.

In the workplace, I designed a full "script → PDF → AI generation" pipeline. Video production for 10+ languages went from 5-7 days down to 3-4 hours — a 30× efficiency gain. The designer's battleground is shifting from "handcraft" to "process redesign."
每天与 AI 对话超过 4 小时。在千万次的对话中，摸索出如何提问能让它一步到位、何时打断纠正，以及如何让它真正"听懂"复杂的逻辑指令。这种默契，正逐渐沉淀为我新的设计本能。
Over 4 hours of conversation with AI every day. Through countless exchanges, I've figured out how to ask so it lands in one shot, when to interrupt and correct, and how to make it truly "understand" complex logical instructions. That rapport is becoming a new design instinct.
AI 仍在进化，设计师的坐标也在被重新定义。我没有标准答案，但我保持观察、提问与试错。能确定的是，这场变革不会停下，而我也一样。
AI keeps evolving, and the designer's coordinates are being redrawn with it. I don't have a definitive answer, but I keep watching, asking, and trying. What I do know: this transformation won't stop — and neither will I.

实习时我发现，比起单纯打磨视觉，我更想追求逻辑上的"对"。所以我转向了以逻辑为底层的设计，去拆解问题、重构流程。这不仅解决了当时的困惑，也成了我现在最顺手的思维方式。
Whether a visual looks good can be pretty subjective; but whether an interaction or experience actually works — data and logic do the talking.
During internships I realized: more than polishing visuals, I wanted the logical "rightness." So I shifted toward design rooted in logic — breaking problems down, rebuilding flows. It didn't just resolve my confusion at the time; it became the thinking style I work with most naturally now.
设计不在于好看，而在于是否"说清楚"且"合适"。严谨不是追求像素级的精致，而是每个决策都经得起推敲。核心不在于装饰，而在于逻辑是否严丝合缝，以及它是不是当下的最优解。
Design isn't about looking good — it's about being clearly stated and contextually right. Rigor isn't pixel-level polish; it's every decision holding up under scrutiny. The point isn't ornament, but whether the logic is airtight, and whether it's the best answer for this moment.
教授对设计制式没有要求，这种包容性鼓励用开放式思维解决问题。在那里没有"标准答案"，只有"怎样更合理"。这种环境让我学会不被套路困住，在复杂的业务中灵活寻找最优解。
Professors didn't dictate a fixed design format — that openness encouraged solving problems with open-ended thinking. There was no "right answer," only "what makes more sense." That environment taught me not to get stuck in templates, but to find the best solution flexibly inside complex business contexts.
两年间，我走过欧洲的各色场馆，看过名画原作，也路过许多看不懂的艺术。我没有刻意学什么，但那些审美上的浸泡，潜移默化地成了我判断"什么是好设计"的直觉。
Over two years I wandered through Europe's many museums and galleries — seeing masterpieces in person, walking past plenty of art I couldn't fully grasp. I wasn't deliberately studying anything, but that aesthetic immersion quietly became the instinct I now use to judge "what makes good design."
